  • Can we bring our pump to your site?

    Yes, we welcome customers to bring their pumps to our facility. To ensure the best service, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.

  • Do you offer any warranties?

    Vacuum Pump Rebuilders (VPR) provides a one-year warranty for pumps rebuilt by VPR or sold as rebuilt. Used pumps come with a 30-day warranty. Our warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship for repair, rebuild, rebuilt, and refurbished services or products. Please note that these warranties are limited to the specific equipment serviced and do not cover items not replaced or repaired during the service. Exclusions apply for damages due to shipping, misuse, contamination, lack of maintenance, or normal wear. For warranty service, products must be returned to VPR, with the customer responsible for associated costs.

  • What makes and models do you service?

    Our facility is equipped to remanufacture a wide range of rotary vane and rotary piston vacuum pumps. We handle models from small 5 CFM Kinney pumps to large 850 CFM Kinney or 728 CFM Stokes pumps. Our skilled technicians are capable of repairing vacuum pumps from various manufacturers.

  • Can I send my pump in for evaluation?

    Certainly. You are welcome to send your pump to our facility for evaluation. Upon completion of the assessment, we will contact you with a detailed quote for any necessary services.

  • Do you offer exchange pumps?

    Yes, we do offer exchange pumps. However, this option may not always be the most cost-effective solution. We recommend contacting us to discuss your specific needs, allowing us to help you determine the most suitable and economical option.

Warranty Information

Vacuum Pump Rebuilders (VPR) offers a 1-year warranty on pumps rebuilt by VPR or sold as rebuilt. Used pumps carry a 30-day warranty. Warranties apply solely to repair, rebuild, and refurbished services or products. They cover only the operation and performance of the specific equipment serviced and are limited to defects in materials and workmanship.



Repair work warranties do not cover items that were not replaced or repaired as part of the charged repair or rebuild services. These warranties expressly exclude damages due to shipping, misuse or negligence of equipment, contamination from process, failure of expendable items (such as pump fluid, filter elements, etc.), or failure due to lack of maintenance.


VPR also disclaims damages due to normal wear, as determined by VPR. We assume no responsibility for losses of product, material, time, contracts, money, or any equipment that has not been serviced by VPR. Defective items shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of VPR.
